Sun, Sand and Sea

Penelope, Lacy and I are headed out to California tomorrow morning for the Labor Day Weekend. We'll be flying down to Sunny San Diego and spending a few relaxing days in old town, on the beach and anywhere else that strikes our fancy.

I'm reading for some maxin' and relaxin' with two of my favorite gals.

Oh my gosh, I am so jealous! Eat some real mexican food for me, ok? That's probably what I miss most about San Diego. Oh, and the ocean is nice too.

San Diego ... my old stepping grounds! The city where Melanie was born! Please take LOTS of photos. I know things have changed tremendously over the past 16 years.

Ohhhh... how I LOVED living in San Diego. So warm and beautiful beaches and boardwalks. If you get the chance go over to Del Mar & Coronado Beach. The sand is amazing, white, soft and CLEAN. (or at least it used to be) .

Take lots of pics of Old Town, as well. I used to take my babies down there just to window shop.I think it's called "the gaslamp district" if I remember right.

Have fun and I'll be thinking of you!
